Our return and exchange policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly. At New USA Jackets, we offer a 30-day window for you to easily return or exchange your product, subject to specific conditions. Simply reach out to our customer service representative, who will respond within 24 hours. We recommend that customers request returns and exchanges within 30 days; after 20 days, we may not be able to process your request.

Return Policy

Before shipping, our quality assurance department thoroughly checks each item for color, size, material, and stitching. If you encounter any issues, you can easily address them by taking a picture, highlighting the problem, and sending it via email. Please note that if a return or exchange request is approved, the customer is responsible for the handling and shipping costs, which depend on the parcel’s weight.

Please be aware that the following conditions are not eligible for return or exchange requests:

  • Ordering the same item in different sizes and colors.
  • Removal of the original tags from the product.
  • Requesting a return or exchange more than 24 hours after receiving the parcel.
  • Custom orders, as they are not applicable for return or exchange.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, you can request this without additional charges. However, customers are responsible for covering the handling and shipping costs.

In the event that you receive an item with a defect in color, size, or design that originates from our side, we will gladly accommodate your return and exchange request. Simply share the issue via email with a photo of the item within 7 working days. Our team will contact you and guide you through the return and exchange process.

Order Cancellation Requests

For order cancellations, please make your request within 24 hours of placing the order. If you request cancellation within this timeframe, you will receive a full refund. After 24 hours, the following conditions apply:

  • Cancellation requests will not be entertained after 3 days from order confirmation.
  • Cancellation made after 24 hours will result in a 30% deduction from your total amount.
  • Cancellation made within 3 days before shipping will result in a 50% deduction from your total amount.

Custom Duties Owed by Customers

We do not charge shipping fees to our customers. Custom duties vary by country due to different policies, and customers are responsible for managing any applicable custom duties.
