If you’re planning to return the product to us you must follow the following instructions within 30 days of delivery.

  1. When you are returning the product please make sure that the product must be in a good condition. In case you received the product in damaged condition all you need to do is contact customer support and they will assist you in time. Keep one thing banging on your head that you keep the product must be packed securely in the original product packaging.
  2. Secondly when you are returning the product please make sure that you include all the order details and keep one of the most important things banging on your head. The address should be exact. Any changes in the address of the returned product can cause you a lot of trouble which is not a very good idea so please make sure that the order details are the same and so must be the return address.
  3. All the charges that will be caused due to file a return must be fulfilled by the customer itself as you know that you are returning the product to us so it’s your responsibility to bear all the charges. We will not accept COD deliveries.
  4. One of the important things that you should know is that you have to provide the correct return tracking number so that you can get your return order successfully processed.
  5. The last and most important thing of all is that once we received your return and successfully inspected it almost after 72 hours we will provide you with a confirmation email to inform you that the product you returned is completed. And in case you are refunded you will get that in 7 business days, but please make sure that it can take up to 2 to 10 more business days depending on your financial institution.
